Okkadu Review in Telugu
In Kurnool, Obul Reddy (Prakash Raj) is a factionist. He develops feelings for Swapna When Achyut made a joke about the age difference between Obul Reddy and Swapna, Obul Reddy murders him. Obul Reddy also murders Swapna’s other sibling. When Swapna’s father realised the danger, he gave her certificates and money and asked her to go to her uncle’s house in the USA. When she begins to move, Obul Reddy catches her.
Kabaddi player Ajay (Mahesh Babu) is the son of an assistant commissioner of police (Mukesh Rishi). At this point, Swapna is being held by Obul Reddy. Ajay, who is in Kurnool to play kabaddi, rescues her and brings her to Hyderabad.
Ajay takes Swapna to his house and hides her in his room. Ajay, with the help of friends, arranges passport, visa and flight tickets for Swapna.
In the meanwhile, the Home Minister (Rajan P Dev), who also happens to be Obul Reddy’s brother, instructs ACP to look for Swapna and the person who took them. Ajay and Swapna flee their house and take refuge in Charminar after ACP finds that his own son committed the crime.
The way Obul Reddy hooks the pair once more and how Ajay triumphs will determine how the remainder of the drama plays out.
